Imagine!’s Bob and Judy Charles SmartHome is a scrape-and-build on an existing lot owned by Imagine! in Boulder, CO, at 18th and Iris Streets. The Bob and Judy Charles SmartHome is home to eight people with developmental disabilities.
The capital construction has been funded by private fundraising and grant writing efforts, including a $100,000 pledge from Bob and Judy Charles, and $400,000 awarded by the City of Boulder Housing Fund Program.
